Summer Forms

The 2022 Camper Forms will be emailed to all parents with a link to complete all Camper Forms for the summer when a non-refundable deposit or paid session are received.  Parents, please check your Spam/Junk mailbox folder.  If this is the case, please be sure to add our email address to your safe senders lists. If you still don't see the email, please contact csdnj2016@gmail.com and Mayra Castro will be happy to forward you a copy of the original forms email. (available soon)
