Summer Forms

The 2022 Camper Forms will be emailed to all parents with a link to complete all Camper Forms for the summer when a non-refundable deposit or paid session are received.  Parents, please check your Spam/Junk mailbox folder.  If this is the case, please be sure to add our email address to your safe senders lists. If you still don't see the email, please contact [email protected] and Mayra Castro will be happy to forward you a copy of the original forms email. (available soon)
