EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 30, 2021
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS FOR RETREATS PARTICIPANTS & STAFF
If any guest is experiencing symptoms of COVID or any illness or has been exposed to someone who has COVID or another communicable disease/illness, please stay home and do not come to the Camp.
• Masks are required when indoors and when outdoors when less than 6 feet from others. Masks may be removed while eating, drinking, swimming, boating, bathing and sleeping.
• Upon arrival, all guests must submit proof of being fully vaccinated or of a negative COVID test within 72 hours of arrival at Camp. The proof will be provided to the Camp’s staff upon arrival. The staff shall provide a colored wrist band to indicated compliance with the check in process. The wrist band must be worn at all times while at Camp.
• Guests must sanitize hands before and after touching equipment and supplies. The Camp will provide sanitizer at all activity areas for this purpose.
• Not all activities may be available based on whether COVID precautions can be applied and safety ensured.
• Meal Service:
  • Meals will be served Family Style to minimize people moving about the dining room. Guests will be assigned to specific tables for the duration of their visit.
  • One person (adult) per table will be the designated server at each meal. The designated server shall bring the food from the kitchen service window and serve each person at the table to minimize touching of serving utensils. The designated server will also bring additional servings of food from the kitchen to the table as needed.
  • The table must be cleared and wiped down with sanitizing wash at the end of the meal by those seated at the table.
• Lodge Sanitation:
  • All rooms, bunks and surfaces will be cleaned and sanitized prior to the group’s arrival.
  • The Camp will provide sanitizing wipes, wash and sprays for the guests to use to sanitize surfaces after each use.
  • Guests will clean the lodge at the end of their stay leaving it in “broom swept” condition.
  • Guests will wipe all bunk bed frames and mattresses with sanitizing wipe prior to departure.
